Scheduling a dental appointment is easy. Simply request an appointment online through our website or call or text our office at 919-550-5200. Whether you’re a new patient or have been with us for years, we’re happy to help you find a convenient appointment time.
How do you handle dental insurance and billing?
We are happy to file dental insurance claims on your behalf and provide a complimentary insurance benefits estimate before treatment whenever possible. As a courtesy, our team will help maximize your available benefits and estimate your out-of-pocket costs based on the information provided by your insurance company. Estimated co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. Because dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance provider, any balance not paid by insurance within 60 days becomes the patient’s responsibility.
Do you treat uninsured patients?
Absolutely. We offer affordable options for uninsured patients, including our in-house membership plans, which provide preventive dental care and savings on additional treatment. For patients interested in financing, we also partner with CareCredit and Cherry to help make dental treatment more affordable. Our team is happy to discuss your options and help you find a solution that fits your budget.
Is your office equipped to help patients who have dental anxiety?
Yes. Helping anxious patients feel comfortable is one of our specialties! We provide gentle, compassionate dental care along with comfort amenities such as pillows, blankets, neck wraps, warm face cloths, streaming entertainment, and noise-reducing headphones. We also offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to help patients relax during treatment. If you’ve been putting off dental care because of fear or anxiety, our team is here to help.
Do you offer pediatric dental services?

Do you offer multilingual support for dental care?
Yes. We have Spanish-speaking team members, including a dentist, dental assistants, and front office staff, to help provide clear communication and a comfortable dental experience. Our goal is to ensure that Spanish-speaking patients and families feel informed, supported, and confident in their dental care.
What preventative treatments do you offer for cavity defense?
In addition to routine dental exams and cleanings, we offer fluoride treatments, dental sealants, and Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) to help prevent cavities, strengthen enamel, and reduce the risk of tooth decay.
Can you help with a persistent toothache?
Absolutely. A persistent toothache can be a sign of tooth decay, infection, a cracked tooth, or other dental concerns. Our team will evaluate the cause of your tooth pain and recommend the most appropriate treatment, which may include a filling, root canal therapy, or other restorative care. When possible, we focus on saving natural teeth, with extraction considered only when necessary.
Do you offer scaling and root planing?
Yes. Scaling and root planing is a deep cleaning treatment that removes plaque and tartar from below the gumline to help treat gum disease and improve gum health. This procedure can help prevent the progression of periodontal disease and support the long-term health of your teeth and gums.
What cosmetic services do you offer to fix gaps, chips, or misshapen teeth?
We offer several cosmetic dentistry options to improve the appearance of your smile, including custom porcelain veneers and tooth-colored bonding. These treatments can help repair chipped teeth, close small gaps, reshape uneven teeth, and create a more balanced, natural-looking smile.
Do you offer teeth whitening?
Yes, professional teeth whitening is one of our most popular cosmetic dental services. Our whitening treatments can help reduce stains and discoloration caused by coffee, tea, tobacco, aging, and other factors, helping you achieve a brighter, more confident smile.
What is included in your “smile rejuvenation” services?
Every smile rejuvenation plan is tailored to your individual needs and may combine cosmetic dentistry treatments such as professional teeth whitening, dental bonding, and porcelain veneers with facial aesthetic services like Botox and dermal fillers. Together, these treatments can enhance your smile, soften signs of aging, and create a more balanced, refreshed appearance.
Can you replace missing teeth?
Yes. We offer several tooth replacement options, including dental implants, dental bridges, and partial or complete dentures. Replacing missing teeth can improve your ability to eat and speak comfortably, restore your smile, and help maintain your long-term oral health.
When would a dental crown be advised over a regular filling?
A dental crown may be recommended when a tooth has extensive decay, a large fracture, significant wear, or has been treated with a root canal. Unlike a filling, a crown covers and protects the entire visible portion of the tooth, providing added strength, durability, and long-term protection.
Can you perform oral surgery and bone grafting?
Yes. We provide a variety of oral surgery services, including tooth extractions and bone grafting procedures. Bone grafting can help restore lost bone and may be recommended to support future dental implant placement or improve long-term oral health.
Why does a dental office provide Botox and fillers?
Dentists receive extensive training in the muscles, nerves, and anatomy of the face, mouth, and jaw. Botox and dermal fillers can be used for both cosmetic and therapeutic purposes, including enhancing facial aesthetics and helping manage concerns such as jaw tension, teeth grinding, and TMJ-related discomfort. When appropriate, these treatments can also complement cosmetic dentistry to help create a more balanced, refreshed appearance.
