A temporary crown usually doesn’t feel exactly like your permanent crown will. It may feel slightly different in shape or texture, and mild sensitivity is common.
However, if your bite feels very uneven, the temporary crown feels loose, or you’re having significant pain, give us a call. We may simply need to make a small adjustment to help you stay comfortable until your permanent crown is ready.
You shouldn’t feel like you have to “just live with it” until your next appointment.
